4:00 PM Check-in time at the Omni Severin Hotel ~ Downtown Indianapolis.
For early arrivals, every effort will be made to provide access to your room as soon as possible.
5:45 PM Depart the Omni.
Join the group for a short motorcoach ride to Back 9 Golf & Entertainment where you'll tee it up for an unforgettable evening of fun, friendly competition, food and drinks--all compliments of Equipment Technologies. Whether you are a seasoned golfer or a first-timer, the games are designed to spark both collaboration and playful rivalry with plenty of laughs. No one will want to miss this entertaining evening to celebrate 30 years of Apache Sprayers!
9:00 PM Return motorcoach transportation to the Omni.
Wednesday, July 22
6:30 - 8:00 AM Enjoy breakfast at the 8th Notch Cafe at the Omni.
(Your spouse/guest may eat later, at their leisure.)
8:15 AM Buses depart the Omni for the ET campus.
9:00 AM ET Sales Meeting & 30th Model Year Celebration
Full day program at the Equipment Technologies Ag Center in Mooresville: meeting, lunch, afternoon break-outs and awards. A detailed agenda will be emailed prior to the meeting.
3:45 PM Bus transportation for spouses/guests will depart the Omni.
All are invited and encouraged to attend the Awards Ceremony at 4:30 PM and to stay for Happy Hour and Dinner.
5:00 - 8:00 PM After a productive day, it’s time to kick back with your ET colleagues, along with spouses and guests, to enjoy the fresh air! Head outside, behind the Ag Center, where the beer and wine wagon is rolling in for Happy Hour and the lovely Indiana countryside sets the perfect scene. A delicious dinner follows inside, where the celebration continues.
8:00 PM Bus transportation departs the ET Ag Center, returning to the Omni.
Thursday, July 23
Enjoy breakfast at the Omni's 8th Notch Cafe before departing at your leisure.
Omni check-out time is by Noon.
